If you’re serious about being human-centered in how you think, believe and behave, join us in 2024 for the Human Leaders Foundational Certification. Together in community, you’ll evolve how you live and lead through Human Leadership.

Based on our empirically researched Human Leadership Framework, the certification is an empowering, practical deep dive into the three core pillars of Human Leaders. It’s immersive, supportive and transformative.

Designed with busy leaders in mind, the Foundational Certification is a virtual retreat style structure. It goes beyond learning concepts at an intellectual level, to drive lasting behavioral change in how you lead yourself and others.

As a certified Human Leader, you show your team, organization and prospective employers that you’re a leader who integrates heart, head and business objectives to connect a team through purpose and trust.

The Human Leaders Foundational Certification is not a typical nor traditional learning experience. It combines audio, visual and informational aspects with immersive human interaction and peer-to-peer learning components. Through our practical focus, your leadership is transformed and up-leveled as you go.

What to expect in the Human Leaders Certification

  • Be immersed in your learning experience: We utilize the latest practical tools, dynamic audio and visual materials, hands on reflection and problem-solving, so you interactively evolve how you think and behave in life and leadership.

  • Human Leadership centers around the connective human experience. We imbue this ethos into our certification program so you experience first hand the power of connection and peer support on your journey. This empowers you to become a Human Leader to others.

  • Based on the core pillars of the Human Leadership framework, the certification delivers the latest evidence-based resources from fields including psychology, leadership, mindfulness and behavioral science.

  • Build for the busy leader, the certification is delivered across four consecutive weekend half-days in a virtual retreat-style structure. You’ll learn, connect to community and feel nourished as a result.

  • During the certification, you learn skills that enable you to shift how you lead with immediate effect. Engage and connect with your team using fresh insight and a dynamic new toolkit, including facilitating Leadership Circles, Mindful Check-ins and Feedforward. Improve your mastery of multiple existing and new leadership skills.
