  • Absolutely not. At Human Leaders, we view leadership as a choice, not a title. Our program is for all leaders, future and emerging, with title or not, to evolve themselves into the best human and leader they can be.

  • At graduation, Human Leaders will have a certification to acknowledge the completion of the 10-month program. They’ll also have undergone a major personal and professional transformational journey, emerging as a Human Leader.

  • The Human Leaders Certification is learning through doing, experiencing and immersing. Unlike traditional courses and degrees, the Human Leaders certification isn’t just information focused. It also builds skills such as facilitation of Leadership Circles, and steers leaders on a deeply personal growth journey so they not only learn, but evolve their thinking and behavior, too.

  • The Human Leaders Certification is AU$6,995. This can be paid upfront or via a payment plan to make the program more accessible. We can also invoice your organization directly on your behalf if they have agreed to pay for your Human Leadership Certification.

  • The Certification program includes a 10-month personal and professional journey from Human Learner to Human Leader. This includes course content such as a personal workbook, online learning materials, live expert session with industry professionals, hands-on learning experiences and a 12-month membership to the Human Leaders community.

  • The certification has been designed to meet the needs of the busy professional. Learning can be done flexibility with approximately an 8-10 hours commitment monthly. This includes video and audio materials, live group sessions/replays, and ‘assignments’ such as hosting Leadership Circles within the Human Leaders community (online).

  • The Certification is delivered virtually with live, interactive and on-demand learning resources. It’s structured as a 10-month course that builds from one module onto the next.

  • Whilst many elements of the program such as the online learning modules can be done flexibly, certain elements of the program such as live group sessions and practical skills assessments must be attended live. These will be scheduled in smaller groups, and across all relevant timezones, to allow for accessibility and flexibility.

  • Absolutely! At Human Leaders, taking care of your needs first is critical to us. The program has been designed to be highly flexible so learners can move through resources as they need, and choose dates and times for assessable components to suit their personal schedules.

  • Please enrol consciously.

    Full refunds will only be given if the course does not go ahead.

    If you withdraw prior to February 2023 50% of the full course fee will be refunded. Once the course has commenced, refund will no longer by offered.

  • We’re currently working through the process to have the Certification approved for CPD points, we hope to have this process complete by course intake n February 2023.
