Renew: How to Prevent Burnout and Thrive

An online workshop series with Alexis Zahner & Sally Clarke of Human Leaders.

Over 4 sessions, this online workshop series will position you to understand and take steps towards living more authentically and preventing burnout. Through the lens of the science-backed ‘3-Selfs’ framework, this interactive series empowers you with the information and skills you need to protect your wellbeing and thrive.

Renew: How to Prevent Burnout and Thrive

Renew will help you…

  • Understand how to manage stress and avoid burnout

  • Learn to identify symptoms of burnout in yourself and others

  • Discover the difference between healthy stress and chronic stress

  • Improve how you set and keep boundaries

  • Understand the 3-Selfs framework and improve your Self-Compassion, Self-Knowledge and Self-Awareness 

  • Build healthy habits to support your ongoing wellbeing

By working on the 3 Selfs in this interactive, immersive series, you also improve your decision making, focus and self-confidence. And you’ll gain skills to help you support others who are experiencing stress and burnout.

Workshop series includes

  • 4 x 2 hour online learning sessions 6-8pm AEST on Thursdays in June 

  • Pre-work, homework and all materials 

  • Access to an online community hub exclusive to participants
